Planning activities result from project management and substantiate a project. It is a systematic process to define and layout objectives and activities.


Depending on the planning task and project area PROFES is implementing various planning tools:

  • Feasibility study

  • Cost and profitability calculations

  • Sensitivity analysis

  • Input/Output analysis

  • Energy balance and energy flow diagrams

  • Risk analysis

  • Work breakdown structure

  • Ressources planning

  • Scheduling

The PROFES activities go beyond planning and comprise also the operational preparation of project documents, such as biddings, plans, submission documents for authorities, research and development reports etc.

PROFES is planning inhouse but also co-operates with appropriate competent partners.
